The Flag Locker seeks to document the flags of the world and welcomes the global community of vexillologists to contibute their knowledge and research.
The site is always evolving and expanding. There are always going to be new flags to add, historical flags to research, features to develop, and corrections to be made. However, that is exactly what makes the Flag Locker so exciting.

In 1979, Saint Lucia adopted their flag.
Things have settled back down from my move to Ontario and for some time now I've been able to be productive and add new content to the Flag Locker. Some of the ways that flags are associated with one another have been modified. Sports Teams have their own category separate from other businesses and organizations. Other categories will be separated in the near future.
At the time of writing, there are only nineteen county flags left to render to have the set completed. I've been perpetually putting off some of the more complicated designs due to the amount of time it consumes. The flag of Venezuela, for instance, took about four days of work to complete. Instead I pushed to get many of the simpler designs online for the sake of maximizing the amount of content on the site.
My plan moving forward is to complete the Country Flags set then return to subnational flags and anything else that catches my interest day-to-day.
At this time I am looking for interested members to become contibutors. If you know how to generate .SVG images using Photoshop / Illustrator, or similr software, then you have what it takes to contribute designs. Click over to the Contact page and drop us a line.
